Welcome to Flat Frog Studio!

Flat Frog Studio is a full service, Mac based recording facility. From concept to completion, our studio features everything you need for your project. With three state of the art isolation recording booths. Two of which are single mic and the third has duo mic inputs. 

At present, the music is recorded individually onto an iMac running Cubase 9®, a multi-channel waveform-based recording/editing software. This software has a Melodyne® plug-in for incremental modifying sound after recording. 

Each sound booth has individual reference signal with 1/4 inch jack inputs. You can bring your favorite headphones to plug in or use the ones provided in-house. Track plus each individual mic can be adjusted to the singer’s preference in each booth.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive but quality recording, Flat Frog Studio can help you fit your project budget needs. Music CDs, voice overs, book to tape, commercials and promos, podcasts, and more are just the beginning of what you can accomplish at Flat Frog Studio.

With separate billing for engineer and studio hours, you only pay for what your project requires. Spend four hours recording and you are billed for four hour studio and four hours editing. The in-house engineer will help you in the recording process and, if further editing is required to perfect your project, you’re only charged for the editor’s hours, not additional studio time.
